is a recent addition to Faulkner Strategies. He was hired on as a Graphic Designer late August Early September of 2006. Tim is a United States Army Veteran; In 1998 He served in two major combat operations in Kuwait, Operation Dessert Thunder and Operation Southern Watch. Tim has served the United States Army with honor and pride. He has demonstrated himself to be a professional and a leader. He finished his tour of duty as a Corporal, moving up 5 ranks in 4 years. Corporal Wells never failed a single mission.
During his tour with the 3rd Forward Support Battalion in the 3rd Infantry Division, Corporal Wells participated in numerous missions and deployments. He has held many key job assignments such as Driver for the Executive Officer, Battalion Repair and Upkeep, and Barracks Coordinator, where he maintained, operated, and developed standard operating procedures, for a building housing over to 204 soldiers. He has held key leadership positions, supervised details, and maintained standards as a Welding Specialist in his unit’s Service and Recovery Shop. Whatever position he has held or missions he was on, he has shown the confidence, pride, devotion, and readiness that has made him an asset the United States Army.
His military awards include The Drivers Badge, The Mechanics Badge, Expert Rifle, Machine Gun, and Grenade Badge, The Army Service Ribbon, The Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, The Good Conduct Medal, The Army Achievement Medal (twice), And the Army Commendation Medal. Also he has earned the Physical Fitness Patch for perfect scores on Army Physical Fitness Tests. He has received Three Certificates of Achievements all signed by Lieutenant Colonel Frederick J Watke, and one Certificate of Appreciation from Major General Walter L. Sharp. Corporal Wells was truly “All that he could be in the Army.”
Following his Military career Mr. Wells applied and was accepted to Purdue University in West Lafayette Indiana. There he studied many subjects to include History, Sociology, Criminology, Law, Computer Science, Forensics, Physics, Mathematics and Art and Design, while focusing mainly in Computer Graphics. More specifically he focused on subjects to include 2D Graphic Design, Architectural Drafting, 3D graphics including Constraint based Modeling for Engineering and 3D modeling for Animation, Raster based Graphics, Vector based Graphics, and finally, The Fundamentals of Graphic Communication. Through his well rounded studies he has earned both an Associate of Science Degree in the area of Computer Graphics Technology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Graphics Technology. Mr. Wells has also earned a minor in Computer Science and completed all the requirements for a minor in Law and Society.
Currently he maintains the position of Graphics Designer for Faulkner Strategies where he uses his computer graphics skills and Purdue education to design and Create digital and printed materials. The designs produced allow the clients of Faulkner Strategies’ to communicate with their customers and their constituents. He currently lives with his wife Kelly and two cats in South Bend Indiana.
