Jo Blacketor works with Faulkner Strategies on national and state advocacy projects that help improve "free enterprise" business opportunities in the small business, healthcare and energy fields.  Jo has been appointed by Governor Daniels to serve on the board of the Indiana Department of Education representing the public educational interests of northern Indiana.  Prior to her state board Jo was elected twice and served for eight years on the South Bend school board.
